Petite Projects:
Below you will find information on the Petite Project classes I offer. These are basically 1/2-day classes(1-3 hrs). See my Workshops page or my Lecture Program page for more information on other types of classes.

Stitching Buttons These fun buttons have 64 holes which present a variety of stitching possibilities. The written instructions will include 10 different stitches to use on these buttons. They are approximately 1 ½” in diameter and after stitching with fun threads from your stash they can be sewn directly onto a jacket, sweater, or coat, finished to use as a small pin, a refrigerator magnet, a small box top or bottle top, or as a Christmas ornament. The color choices are red, white, navy, black, tan, olive green, and purple. Each kit will include 2 buttons, the written instructions, needle, and two threads to start each student off on this adventure. Kit Cost = $10 and additional buttons can be purchased for $2.50 each.
Butterfly Bookmark is a fun class designed to learn the art of darning patterns by exploring darning patterns in general and specifically stitching this wonderful butterfly darning pattern to create a great little bookmark to keep for yourself or give as a small gift. The kit includes the canvas, ultrasuede for the bookmark and threads for completing the project. Kit Cost = $15. Available to teach now.
Friendship Box is a wonderful small piece that students can make with threads from their stash or from a prepared kit. This design is a special design for me, made for my friends, and now offered for you to make for your friends. Using several different threads students will learn the 6 stitches in this piece including a fun Rhodes Heart for the center. Kit Cost = $25. Available to teach now.
